Raoul Ehren
Current head coach of the Dutch women’s national team, 14-time national champion with Den Bosch and Olympic semi-finalist with Belgium Women in Paris 2024.
OnFire Performance is a collaboration between Raoul Ehren, Sjoerd Marijne and Hannes Agache - one of Belgium’s most respected performance coaches. He led the physical development of the Belgian women’s national hockey team, top footballers, athletes and Olympic-level performers.
"I worked with Hannes for 3.5 years with the Belgian national team. I saw regular hockey girls turn into elite athletes within six months thanks to his programs. That physical difference was crucial in reaching the Olympic semi-final in Paris and climbing from 12th to 3rd in the world rankings."
- Raoul Ehren
"In Tokyo 2020 I saw how strength, speed and fitness made the difference at the highest level. That physical development is only possible with tailored programs, like those from Hannes, the most precise strength and conditioning coach I know."
- Sjoerd Marijne
Modern hockey demands speed, explosiveness, agility, strength and endurance. But during team training, those physical qualities are rarely trained in a targeted way.
Personal programs and follow-up to become stronger, faster and more resilient alongside your hockey week.

Test days, team reports and development lines for clubs that want to approach physical growth structurally.
The foundation
OnFire Performance is not a webshop with loose training plans. It is a development platform built on coaching experience, physical testing, data and targeted guidance. Players do not only receive programs, but also the insights to better understand their body.
Current head coach of the Dutch women’s national team, 14-time national champion with Den Bosch and Olympic semi-finalist with Belgium Women in Paris 2024.
Current head coach of India Women, Olympic semi-finalist with India Women in Tokyo 2020, former head coach of the Dutch women’s team and FIH Coach of the Year 2022.
Active for years at the highest level of hockey as physical coach of the Belgian national hockey team, with experience coaching top footballers and national and international athletes.
Physical development only truly works when testing, programs, follow-up and education come together in one process. Then training is no longer a loose plan, but a targeted path to make athletes stronger, faster and more resilient.
What fits you?

After your intake, your program can already start. During the Performance Scan, we then fine-tune your benchmarks, focus points and program.
How it works
You can start at any time through a digital intake. Afterwards we fine-tune your program during one of our integrated Performance Scans, held 4 times per year.
After analyzing your results, training history, goals and load capacity, we identify where your biggest physical gains can be made.
You receive individual programs, complemented by practical tips on training, strength, recovery and nutrition, depending on the package you choose.
Web platform
The platform makes the development program concrete and easy to follow.
Separate entry product
The scan is not a subscription and not a full program. You book it as a separate test, or use it as a starting point to choose the right package afterwards. We measure mobility, stability, strength, speed, agility and endurance in one complete test battery. Afterwards, you receive a personal report with analysis of your results, benchmarks and concrete focus points.
Around these periods we organize a Performance Scan that you can register for separately.
In your web platform, you will then find your report, results analysis, benchmarks and concrete action points to continue developing with purpose.
Following a development program? Then you are welcome at these moments for your retest at no extra cost. Participation is not mandatory, but strongly recommended; simply let us know if you will join.

FAQ
No. Individual players can start at any time through a remote intake. Performance Scans are organized four times per year: in March, May, September and November.
Yes. The Performance Scan can also be booked separately without coaching and is ideal for clarifying your physical profile, benchmarks and focus points. If you are in a development program, you are welcome at these scan moments for your retest.
You get access to your program, training blocks, follow-up, test results and adjustments. Existing athletes and clubs log in via the button in the header.
After registration, you always start with a digital intake through our web platform. There we define your goals, training history, injury context and current training situation. Participation in the next Performance Scan is then strongly recommended, so we can define training zones, benchmarks and focus points more accurately. The program lasts at least 6 months and can then be extended monthly.
Base focuses mainly on strength. Plus combines strength with conditioning, speed and agility. Elite adds more intensive coaching and nutrition.
Yes. After the first 6 months you can switch to another package, for example from Base to Plus or Elite. Together we look at what best fits your goals, level and planning.
After the first 6 months, your program can be continued flexibly month by month. You decide whether to keep building, scale up or stop.
Yes. From age 12, we tailor the approach to age, growth phase, maturity and training level. For young athletes, safe progression, technique and load capacity are central.
That depends on package, age, level and planning. Base usually requires 2 strength sessions per week of about 30 to 45 minutes. With Plus and Elite, we align strength, conditioning and extra follow-up with your hockey week.
Yes. The programs are designed to support your hockey week, not disrupt it. We take training days, matches, load and recovery into account.
Not always. During the intake we look at what equipment you have and what fits your age and maturity. From a certain level, training with extra resistance is valuable for making enough progress. If a gym becomes necessary or useful over time, we always discuss it together with the coach.
The programs are built around your load capacity, age, experience and hockey schedule. Through feedback, self-assessment and evaluations we can adjust when fatigue or overload threatens.
Your program can simply continue. We can adapt your program to your environment, available time and equipment, so you can keep building even outside your normal routine.
In case of injury or illness, we look together at what is possible: adapted training, a temporary pause or adjusting your program. The goal is to keep your program meaningful without unnecessary risk.
Yes. Clubs can work with test days, team reports, a club portal, development lines per age group and platform licenses.
Yes. A Performance Scan or test moment is not an absolute must, but it is of course useful for more accurate measurement. A large part can be handled through digital intake and remote follow-up, allowing players across the Netherlands, Belgium or even beyond to join.
